BreastLift
Restore a youthful, lifted contour
A breast lift addresses sagging by reshaping and repositioning the existing breast tissue — without changing volume. The result is a firmer, more youthful silhouette that feels naturally yours.
Reshape, lift, refine
Time, gravity, pregnancy, breastfeeding, and weight changes all affect the position and shape of the breasts. A mastopexy elevates the breast tissue, tightens the supporting structure, and repositions the nipple-areola complex to a more youthful location.
The goal is harmony with your frame — not a different size, but a restored shape that looks and feels naturally yours.
What changes in a breast lift
How reshaping and repositioning lift the contour
A breast lift elevates and reshapes the breasts by removing excess skin, tightening the surrounding tissue, and repositioning the nipple-areola complex to a more youthful location. The volume isn't changed — the position and shape are.
Before (what we address)
- Mild to severe ptosis — breasts that sit lower on the chest than their original position
- Lower breast position — descending tissue with less projection
- Less upper-pole fullness — volume settled at the bottom rather than at the top of the breast
- Stretched skin — loose skin that no longer holds the breast in shape
After (what improves)
- Higher breast position — breasts elevated to a youthful, natural level on the chest
- Improved upper-pole fullness — restored shape at the top of the breast
- Better symmetry — matched position and shape between the two sides
- Reshaped contour — a firmer, more lifted overall silhouette
- Nipple-areola repositioning — areolae moved to a youthful position; sometimes resized
- Excess skin removed — no more loose skin pulling the breasts down
What changes in a breast lift
A breast lift elevates and reshapes the breasts by removing excess skin, tightening the surrounding tissue, and repositioning the nipple-areola complex to a more youthful location. The natural breast tissue is preserved and reshaped — not removed.
The goal
A successful breast lift creates harmony, support, and a naturally youthful silhouette. For patients who also want added volume, a lift can be combined with implants in a single procedure.
The Breast Lift Process
- 01
Remove excess skin
Loose, stretched skin is carefully removed to eliminate laxity and create a firmer, more lifted shape. Incisions are designed to fade gracefully.
- 02
Reshape and support the breast tissue
The remaining breast tissue is sculpted and tightened to improve projection and natural fullness — particularly at the upper pole.
- 03
Reposition for a lifted contour
The nipple-areola complex is elevated to a youthful position and, if needed, resized for proportion.
A successful breast lift creates harmony, support, and a naturally youthful silhouette.

Everything you wanted to know
What is a breast lift (mastopexy)?
A breast lift elevates and reshapes the breasts by removing excess skin, tightening surrounding tissue, and repositioning the nipple-areola complex. The result is a firmer, more youthful contour without changing breast size.
How is a breast lift different from breast augmentation?
A lift addresses sagging (ptosis) and reshapes existing breast tissue. Augmentation adds volume with implants. Many patients combine both — a lift with implants — when they want both restored shape and added fullness.
Will I have visible scars?
Incisions are placed in natural creases and skin folds to be as discreet as possible. Scars typically fade significantly over the first 12 months and can often be concealed by swimwear and lingerie.
How long is the recovery?
Most patients return to light activities within 1–2 weeks and resume normal activities at 4–6 weeks. A supportive surgical bra is worn during early healing.
Will the results last?
A breast lift produces long-lasting results, though aging, pregnancy, and significant weight changes can still affect breast shape over time. Maintaining a stable weight helps preserve outcomes.
